It’s been a long year and everyone is busy closing up case files for the summer. If you have a chance before you shift gears, would you mind sharing one or two examples of student work product that show your written feedback/markup/annotations to the student? Your legal writing colleagues are working on tools that you can use to facilitate student feedback, so any contributions you can make will benefit everyone in the clinical community. (And of course, legal writing professors also expect to learn much from the exchange, too!) Naturally, the need to sanitize documents of client confidences is no impediment to the project.

Just remember that many legal writing instructors have never been practicing lawyers, so you may need to do more than the usual explaining about how to do this without violating attorney client privilege or other privacy protections for clients.
